Ordering is easy! For shipped orders, we require payment before we ship the order. Local orders may be paid for when they are picked up. If there are any problems with your artwork, we will be sure to notify you.

Files

Click the red upload button to begin uploading your files. You may upload multiple files at once, but files must be less than 50 megabytes each.

Instructions

Typing your Job Instructions in a clear, easy-to-read way will ensure that your order is processed quickly and properly and will avoid us having to contact you for clarification.

None of this information but quantity is required, so if you're in a hurry (or don't know), go ahead and skip some of these fields. But remember, better instructions means a faster turnaround time -- so if you're really in a hurry, maybe a precise set of instructions is in order.


Ex: Brochure, Business Card, Postcard, Custom Folder, etc.

Width x Height of the finished, trimmed product. Ex: 11" x 8.5" flat or 3.5 x 2

Ex: 4/0, 4/1, 2/0, PMS, CMYK, etc.

Ex: 100# dull cover, 80# gloss text, specialty


Ex: Saddle-stitch, fold in thirds, perforate, coil bind, etc. Be as detailed as possible.

Proof Preference
  • Printed proofs are available (and preferred) if you are able to review it in person.
  • Pantone colors are not guaranteed on CMYK (4 color) jobs.
  • While we do our best to match colors, digital (on-line) and printed proofs may not reflect the final output of your project. Color may vary.

NOTICE - Please Read

To help expedite your order and ensure that it is processed most efficiently, ColorPro requires all files to be proofread and press-ready before submitting your order. If your document(s) contain images that bleed off the edge of the page, please ensure that your files contain bleed information of at least 1/8", as well as trim marks. ColorPro will not be held responsible for any typographical or layout related errors after you have approved your proof.

If you require additional proofs, each proof will be assessed a $15 charge. If there are problems pre-flighting your art, we will place your order on hold and notify you of the issue(s). Typical issues include mismatched file dimensions, low-resolution artwork, and incorrect color values. If you need us to modify your artwork, our standard hourly rate is $75 per hour.
